OH MY ACHING LEGS

So here is my story. I have worked out for a long time. I was in dance for many years and I taught dance for seven years, I have done cardio, I have done weights training for years. The only time I took time off from working out was when I was pregnant except for taking walks. So you would think that my legs wouldn't get as sore as they do. But they do! I just started to jog with Marc at night, so I can get in shape so when Kali's big race for girls on the run comes up I will be able to run with her with out huff-N-&puff-N!!! And so I wont be extremely sore for days afterwards. One reason that is going to keep me committed is my daughter. I have to try and keep up with her at the race!!!!!! I guess I will just have to deal with these sore legs. Take warm baths and use lots of Aspercream!!!!
